Sham cultural center is a youth voluntary cultural project, its target is to spread the culture in the community, and to raise its cultural level. Nevertheless, it aims to promote the culture of dialog and accepting the other opinions. Sham cultural club contains tens of volunteers, and it is one of the biggest voluntary gathering in Syria.
